Mr. Gordon assisted the homeowners at Beacon Hill in Loudoun County with a detailed analysis of the title and legal background for a defaulted golf course at the Beacon Hill project, formulating recommendations as to a course of action.

We frequently are asked to assist with review of particular title or conveyancing problems, to help sort out complex chain of title issues, to investigate access to a property or assist the landowner in understanding what the landowner has, outside the context of a particular settlement.

We have assisted with tax assessment appeals to Loudoun County in the past, and expect to do so in the future as the opportunity presents itself based on trends in the real estate markets.
