Cynthia M. G. Marable
Licensed Title Agent
Cindy’s experience in the title insurance industry spans more than 22 years. She began working in title insurance in 1984 while attending the University of Maryland and has been active in the industry since then working with both agents and with underwriters. Her primary focus and experience has been in the areas of commercial and residential title insurance underwriting and settlements but she has also performed every function within a title agent’s office.
Prior to coming to Loudoun Commercial Title she spent nine and a half years as the Washington Division Area Manager for Westminster Title Agency, a wholly owned subsidiary of Toll Brothers. Additionally, she spent the last year of her tenure with Westminster Title as their Washington Division Business Development Manager.
Her range of experience includes both Virginia and Maryland and she has been a licensed title agent in both states.

John L. Mashack
Licensed Title Agent
John L. Mashack is a licensed title insurance agent and has been working in the commercial title insurance industry for more than three years. He is finishing up his Master of Arts Degree in Economics at George Mason University.
John also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, receiving an Honorable Discharge.
